Booking terms

These terms explain how appointments, communication and personal data are handled so that CikOptika can prepare and provide eye care services clearly and responsibly.

1. Service provider

Bookings are provided by SIA "CIK-OPT", registration No. 43603006867. CikOptika has operated in Jelgava since 1994. Medical institution code: 090000125.

2. Making a booking

For an online booking, please provide the selected salon, service, date, time, name, phone number and email address. After submitting the booking, confirmation is sent to the email address provided.

If the information in the booking is incorrect or the customer cannot be reached, CikOptika may clarify or cancel the booking.

3. Arrival and changes

Please arrive at the selected time or a few minutes before the visit. If you cannot attend, please contact the salon in good time so that the appointment can be offered to another customer.

CikOptika may contact the customer to clarify the booking, for example if specialist availability changes or a technical scheduling issue occurs.

4. Eye examination

The duration of an eye examination may vary depending on the selected service and the measurements required. The examinations are gentle and painless.

During the visit, the specialist may ask about vision symptoms, previous glasses or contact lens use and other information needed to provide quality eye care.

5. Personal data

To arrange the booking, CikOptika processes only the data needed: name, contact details, selected service, salon, date and time. This data is used to confirm the booking, communicate about the visit and prepare the service.

During the visit, information related to eye care may be processed where necessary for providing the service and maintaining medical documentation in accordance with applicable laws.

6. Customer rights

Customers have the right to receive information about the processing of their data, request correction of inaccurate data and, in cases provided by law, request access to information related to their visit.

7. Price list and payment

Service prices may vary depending on the type of service. The current price list is available at CikOptika salons and can be clarified before the visit.
